CORE40 is a leading boutique fitness brand with over $3 million in annual revenue and 8 studios across San Francisco and Amsterdam. Since 2013, I have overseen all email marketing efforts, including content strategy and execution, monthly newsletter broadcasts, Infusionsoft setup and management, sales funnels, and email list building and segmentation.

In 2019, I developed a content strategy around the various stages of the customer experience in their first month of trying the workout. Specifically, I tailored automated messaging to each psychological step of their first month (The 4-Week Transformation):

Week 1: Acknowledgement of their positive step, encouragement to trust themselves (Positive reinforcement of their purchase)

Week 2: Educate on how often they should attend, encouragement to challenge themselves (Accountability, ensure they get the most out of the product)
